2. Stalls
· Our stalls policy is to encourage local crafts people and traders to exhibit and sell their wares. We are particularly interested in crafts people who can demonstrate their trade on the day. Please ring for special rates.
· We can provide market stalls at cost for those who want this. However, you will have to provide weather protection/cover.
· There is no electric link up for stalls. Stalls requiring electricity should supply their own generator, subject to approval by RAMA.
· There is no running water on site. If you require water please ensure that you bring your own supply.
· The event runs from 13:00 until 23:00. Stallholders should arrive on Saturday morning, preferably between 09:00 and 10:30. It is anticipated that most stallholders will pack down during the evening before the finale (22:00-23:00). Please specify your arrival/departure time on the enclosed forms.
· Access onto the site is over a bridge 9’ 4” wide. The ground is flat and level grass.
· Stalls will be situated in two main areas: between the Acoustic Stage and the Marquee Stage and between the Marquee Stage and the Riverside Stage.
· Where possible RAMA would prefer that after unloading your vehicle is parked in the site car park.
· RAMA has its own public liability insurance cover. However, we strongly advise you to take out your own along with personal possessions and injury insurance.
· RAMA cannot be held responsible for any thefts, losses, damage etc. on the day.
· RAMA will do all it can to ensure that the event is successful and popular.
